Debugging a universal testing machine

(1)關掉油泵電機，旋出油泵上面的MS絲堵，排出泵內的空氣(和少量油一起流出)，排凈空氣后旋回絲堵：啟動油泵反復升降活塞將油缸、油管內的空氣排凈。(2)將冷彎支座向兩邊等距拉開，以移動橫梁升降時不碰到為準

(3)在臺板上安裝球面下壓板，升降移動橫梁使上下壓板相距約20mm

(4)啟動油泵，關閉回油閥開啟送油閥使臺板上升，緩慢加大壓力

(5) 檢查各油管接頭有無漏油(6)如有漏油，卸力后擰緊油處接頭
