制作液壓萬能試驗機油缸的材料

濟南試驗機廠分享制作液壓萬能試驗機油缸用的什么材料，一般要看我們要應用到什么地方，不同工作壓力的液壓萬能試驗機，我們所用的材料也是不一樣的，在制作時要考慮到能否適應工作壓力環境！

首先在一些重工企業常用超大負荷的液壓萬能試驗機，這種液壓萬能試驗機由于工作壓力較高，常采用20號、35號或者45號無縫鋼管材料制作。其中，20號無縫鋼管材料，因其機械性能較低，且不能調質，故現在很少使用了。需要與缸蓋、管接頭、耳軸等零件焊接在一起的缸體，可用35號無縫鋼管材料制作，并在粗加工后進行調質。用螺紋與其他零件鏈接的缸體，可采用45號鋼調質到HB241至285區間。
